WOW collaborates with the BIPOC community and partners with local non-profits to ensure social justice, education, voting rights, technology, health, workforce support, financial literacy, economic development, the EV CarShare, and small business resiliency strategies. 

 WOW provides support to the whole family with vital daily needs. It offers health and nutrition education, mental health and wellness, food security, housing resources, and emergency hardship funding. WOW also offers the first EV Community Carshare and E-Bike service in the Tri-Cities. 

 WOW offers economic and business development and scholarship funding, loans and grants. We provide business development training, financial literacy, communication, public speaking, leadership development programs, and scholarships. 

 Our Leadership Development program is here to help you gain the skills and confidence you need to lead in any field. Through workshops, seminars, and networking events, you’ll gain invaluable insights and connections to propel your career forward. 

 Our Mentorship Programs pair you with experienced professionals who offer guidance, support, and encouragement. These relationships foster personal and professional growth, helping you develop essential skills and confidence.
